Deposits, Payments, Order Changes & Cancellations
Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order. Changes to your order can be made before the order is prepared or ready for pick up/delivery, though changes in quantity are subject to availability. For cancellations made with one week or more notice, a store credit for the full amount of your order will be issued. If payment has been made within the last 20 minutes, a full refund can be processed. As a small bakery with limited order capacity, we cannot provide refunds or credits cancellations made with less than two days' notice.
Pickup Policy
Once an order leaves our store, it is considered "accepted" by the customer. Jun's Bakery is not responsible for any damages that occur after your items leave our premises. We take great care to package your orders securely to ensure safe transport. No changes can be made to your order after it is ready. It is the responsibility of the person picking up the order to ensure all details, such as the spelling of names, are correct before leaving the store. If any errors are identified, we will do our best to correct them immediately.
Please pick up your order on the agreed-upon date and time. Due to limited storage, late pickups can be charged a late fee. Orders not picked up within two days will be discarded, and no refunds, no credits or rescheduling will be provided as all items are freshly made.
Refunds and Credits
Flavour and texture are subjective and are therefore not eligible for refunds or credits unless the product is returned to our store within 24 hours for review. If products are brought back in for review and deemed not up to our standards, a store credit or refund will be given. Quality determination is solely at the discretion Jun's Bakery. Food or products that are more than 1/10 consumed will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
No refunds or credits will be provided or design-related concerns once your order is ready. Our decorators follow the specifications outlined on your custom cake order form. If any discrepancies arise, they will be corrected before the order leaves our premises. Please not that all our cakes are cookies are handmade and subject to artistic interpretation. Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences, and food colouring may not always match exactly. Food colouring is also volatile and shades will change over time. Therefore, we are unable to promise exact colour matches. While we strive for precision, no refunds or credits will be issued for colour variations.
Delivery Policy
Delivery services are available for select areas and are subject to availability. Delivery fees apply based on location. All delivery times are approximate, as delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is handed to the delivery service, Jun's Bakery is not responsible for any damages, mishandling, or delays that occur during transit. We ensure all products leave our bakery in pristine condition.
Customer are encouraged to inspect their order upon arrival, and any issues should be reported directly to the delivery service. Jun's Bakery cannot provide refunds or credits for damages occurring during delivery.
Allergy Disclaimer
While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our products are made in a facility that handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any product will be allergen-free.
